CALL FOR ENTRIES
Encore Gallery Exhibition, April 27 – June 10
A Juried Exhibition:
“35 & Under – 35 Works Of Art”
Open to unrepresented and represented artists ages 35 and under residing in Taos County.
All media will be considered.

Jurors: Paul Pascarella, Dancer Dearing and Judith Kendall

Important Dates
Thursday, April 12 by 4 PM, Deadline for submissions
Tuesday, April 17, Notification of acceptance (via e-mail)
Tuesday, April 24 Arrival deadline for accepted works
Reception, Saturday, May 4, 4 to 6 PM
Monday, June 11 – Artwork to be picked up from 10 AM to 12 PM

All media will be considered.
SUBMISSION CRITERIA
• All accepted work must be original and created within the last year
• Work must be no bigger than 60” on the longest side.
• Artist may submit two pieces (one entry fee will cover both entries)

SUBMISSIONS -- There are two ways to submit work. We do not accept the original pieces.
• JPEG format on a CD, sized to 300 dpi, file proportions minimum 5” x 7” and labeled as follows:
Last name, First name, Title of work, medium, size (no CD’s of work will be returned)
Label CD with your name, phone number and email address

Uploaded images must be no bigger than 900 pixels and no smaller than 600 pixels

Entry Fee
• $10, no fee for TCA members, your $10 fee will cover two entries
• The fee is non-refundable and must be received by the submission deadline, April 12, 2012 at 4 PM.
Uploaded submissions can pay through PayPal or send or drop Submissions to:

• Include entry form with CD and check or money order payable to TCA.
All work, unless indicated that it is not for sale (NFS) will be available for purchase during the exhibit.
Gallery will retain a commission of 30% on all artwork sold during the exhibition.
